**CONTEXT & MISSION**:
We are seeking a hands-on **Global Conversion Rate Optimization Manager** to lead our efforts in optimizing customer experience on digital platforms. This role is pivotal for upskilling and transforming key markets globally.
You will report to the **Head of Digital Performance**, who will support you in achieving your goals with markets and international teams.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Own and maintain a global learning agenda
- Align with customer experience, marketing and Ecommerce teams to formalize a global CRO roadmap
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using tools like Typeform, Google Analytics and Content Square to identify opportunities
- Design and implement experiments : build and QA tests in initial markets, measure and communicate results to stakeholders and lead the rollout of successful strategies across international markets
- Foster experimentation culture within the digital organization : upskill team members in various markets and animate a community to support collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Work closely with Ecommerce product and UI/UX teams to support product improvement and influence product features, while respecting brand design design system and principles

**HOW YOU CAN FIT**:

- Master's degree or equivalent working experience in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the beauty industry
- Fluent in English, conversational French is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset capable of turning data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in front-end development (HTML, JS, CSS and responsive design), web analytics tools, and A/B testing software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire teams across different cultures and regions
