**Reduced Risk Product (RRP) Commercial Supply Manager**
**What this position is about - Purpose**:
You will manage and coordinate all sourcing related activities: new product pipeline commercialization, supply chain design supporting innovation stream, Security of Supply/alternative supply strategy development ensuring business continuity and cost optimization. This role also requires cross-functional and coordination with our markets.
**What will you do - Responsibilities**:
RRP Sourcing Strategy
- proactively implement and execute RRP sourcing strategies and coordinate new product pipeline commercialization and sourcing design that would best support overall our RRP Commercial strategies
- ensure close collaboration and alignment with internal parties
- establish and manage efficient business and commercial streams with all manufacturers/suppliers
New product development
- manage and coordinate project related activities for new product introduction
- establish and ensure efficient coordination with PMO & other functions to ensure timely commercialization of new products
Collaboration with Sourcing teams in Hong Kong and Tokyo
- In collaboration with RRP Asia Supply, align and drive global supply matters (supply capacity increase initiatives, sourcing and automation strategy and/or cost optimization projects), thereby embedding strong commercial sense into all RRP product activities, which will be critical to establishing and sustaining a long-term viable business
Commercial management
- manage product cost calculation and periodic cost reconciliation
- manage price negotiation and continuously look for cost optimization opportunities
- build know-how in a manufacturing environment and develop a baseline to serve for an understanding of product costs
Operational Management
- manage and coordinate all aspects of CMA management (Planning, Production, Performance) for contract manufacturer(s)
- managing investment projects by seeking for activities standardisation, agile ways of working, process efficiencies and speed to Market
**Who are we looking for - Requirements**:
- We trust that 7-10 years in Finance or Procurement with an excellent understanding of the overall supply chain will set you up for success
- You communicate effectively, have a continuous improvement mindset and are able to build & maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Your analytical skills help you to make well-informed, data-driven decisions
- Your English is fluent
- University degree
