Job description

**Responsibilities**:
As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire testing process while actively participating in testing activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Team Management**: Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of testers to achieve test goals, ensuring effective communication and continuous development.

**Test Planning**: Develop comprehensive test strategies, test scenarios, and test plans in collaboration with project stakeholders.

**Test Execution**: Oversee and actively participate in functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing, ensuring the identification, documentation, and tracking of defects.

**Test Automation**: Implement and maintain test automation processes to enhance efficiency and test coverage.

**Reporting and Monitoring**: Generate regular test reports for stakeholders and track key project performance indicators.

**Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and propose solutions to enhance software quality.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a tester, demonstrating a solid understanding of testing concepts and methodologies.
Proven experience in team management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of test management tools and automation frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
