**Responsabilités du poste**:
Nous recherchons activement à agrandir notre département QA & Test avec plusieurs consultants ayant une solide expérience dans la gestion des tests dans le domaine bancaire.
**Activités principales et responsabilités**:
Les activités seront définies en fonction du rôle et seront liées principalement à la gestion et l’exécution des phases de tests. Les éléments suivants illustrent les tâches du poste sans être exhaustifs.
- Préparer et exécuter un plan de test afin de valider les livraisons IT
- Exécuter les tests fonctionnels
- Organiser les phases de validation avec les utilisateurs
- Rapporter de manière précise les résultats de test et recommander les changements aux équipes de développement
- Participer aux discussions et proposer des recommandations aux chefs de projets
- Gérer la relation directe avec le client (business analyste, chef de projets IT et business)
- S’assurer que le travail fourni satisfait les exigences de temps et qualités demandés
**Compétences et expériences**:
- Formation : Niveau Master ou équivalent
- Expérience dans le domaine de la banque privée
- Expérience dans la préparation et gestion des tests
- Expérience avec des outils de gestion de tests (ex: Quality Center, Jira)
- Expérience de test dans un environnement complexe
- Expérience sur Avaloq souhaitée
- Connaissance des principales fonctions de la banque privée
- Expérience : Test Manager/test Analyst
- Expérience banque privée (obligatoire)
**Compétences souhaitées**
- Expérience en tant que Business Analyst
- Une certification de type ISTQB /autre est un plus
- Formation en informatique
**Langues**: Français (obligatoire) et anglais B1-B2
**Qualités requises**:
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
- Aptitude à travailler en équipe et bonnes qualités relationnelles
- Excellente organisation du travail et de gestion de projet
