Aufgaben
- Verantwortlich für die fachliche Führung und Koordination des Verkaufsprozesses für Futtermühlen und Extruderanlagen (von der Angebotsausarbeitung, über die Verhandlungen bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss und der anschliessenden Übergabe an das Projektmanagement), unter Einbezug der lokalen Sales-Teams
- Gewinnung, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Kunden
- und Geschäftsbeziehungen sowie überzeugende Repräsentation des Unternehmens
- Realisierung der Verkaufszielsetzungen der Business Area Value Nutrition mit den lokalen Sales-Teams im zugewiesenen Marktgebiet
- Kompetente Beratung der Sales-Teams in den entsprechenden Aussenstellen in technischen, technologischen und kommerziellen Fragestellungen sowie Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Konzepte unter Einbezug von in
- und externen Spezialisten
- Unterstützung, Ausbildung und Weiterentwicklung unserer lokalen Service & Sales-Organisationen im zugewiesenen Gebiet
- Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Markt-Transparenz (Marktpotenzial, Konkurrenzaktivitäten, Kundenverhalten usw.) sowie Rückmeldung der Marktbedürfnisse und Trends ans Produktmanagement
- Verstehen der Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden von heute und von morgen, Identifizieren potenzieller Märkte und Generieren neuer Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Management

Erforderliche Qualifikationen
- Technische Ausbildung (FH, SFT, Uni oder HF wünschenswert) mit entsprechender kommerzieller Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder Verkauf
- Berufserfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb von Investitionsgütern sowie Kenntnisse der Food-/ Feed-Industrie oder im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik oder Engineering
- Starke interkulturelle Skills
- Gewinnende und unternehmerisch denkende Verkaufspersönlichkeit mit hoher Kundenorientierung und multikulturellem Verständnis
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Diplomatie
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit sowie Bereitschaft zu internationaler Reisetätigkeit (ca. 40%)
