Product Marketing Specialist
Tasks
In this key role, you’ll own the marketing strategy for our real-estate platform Praedia. Therefore, your daily tasks include:
- analyzing and monitoring relevant markets with regards to trends, competitors, customers and partners
- generating valuable insights and making data-driven decisions related to improving, positioning and selling Praedia as well as related products (e. g. pricing, packaging)
- collaborating with both Product Team and Design Team to align marketing strategy and product roadmap, and to plan product launches
- finding and establishing creative and effective ways to keep our audience engaged and up-to-date about Praedia, especially emphasizing its benefits and USP
- enabling our ambitious Sales team to present our (potential) customers and partners with on-point information about the latest features, upcoming releases, user guidelines etc.
**Requirements**:
**To be successful in this challenging role, you need**:
- At least 5 years of professional experience with positioning and launching a SaaS product in a similar setting, ideally in the real-estate market
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills that you acquired while collaborating in a cross-functional team with product and sales representatives, solution-oriented “can-do” approach to challenges and a teamplayer mentality
- An analytical mindset, experience with using marketing automation (e.g. Hubspot) and analytics tools, e.g. Hubspot, Google Analytics, as well as great organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (every additional language is a plus), ideally some copywriting skills and a keen interest in representing Nomoko at events and fairs
- A higher degree (Bachelor, Master) in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
