**Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) 100%**:
**Ihre Herausforderung**
- Gewährleistung der nahtlosen Prüfung und Implementierung globaler Verträge und Prozesse für Global Business Services Kunden in der Schweiz
- Aufbau einer robusten Beziehung zu ausgewählten Bestandskunden im KMU- und Grosskundenbereich für Office
- und Softwarelösungen zur Förderung von Umsatzwachstum und Profitabilitä
- Übernahme der Rolle als Hauptansprechpartner zwischen Kunde und internen Teams
- Identifizierung und Lösung von Anfragen und Beschwerden
- Erarbeitung eines tiefgreifenden Verständnisses für Kundenbedürfnisse und -anforderungen zur Steuerung ihrer strategischen Entwicklung
- Initiierung, Leitung und Begleitung komplexer Kundenprojekte unter Einbezug relevanter Fachbereiche
- Betreuung und Erkennung von Upselling-Möglichkeiten bei zugewiesenen Kunden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der globalen Organisation Global Business Services während des gesamten Kundenlebenszyklus
- Dokumentation von Aktivitäten im CRM und rechtzeitige Bereitstellung von Statistiken und Berichten gemäss den Anforderungen von Konica Minolta
- Betreuung der Kunden vor Ort, verbunden mit gelegentlichen Reisen in der gesamten Schweiz
- Kommunikation in Deutsch, Englisch und teilweise Französisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich

- Sie demonstrieren organisatorische Fähigkeiten, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Belastbarkeit und sind ein Umsetzer-Typ.
- Als zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Persönlichkeit legen Sie großen Wert auf die Qualität unserer Kundenservices.
- Sie schätzen eigenständiges Arbeiten und sind anpassungsfähig gegenüber sich verändernden Situationen.
- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung liegt vor.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie Aussendiensterfahrung mit Kundenkontakt in beratender Funktion mit.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement als Teilprojektleiter oder Projektleiter ist von Vorteil.
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch fliessend in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse sind willkommen.
