**Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören**:

- Sie entwickeln und etablieren eine solide Beziehung mit ausgewählten Bestandskunden aus dem KMU- und Grosskunden-Bereich (Office
- und Softwarelösungen), welche sich positiv auf die Umsatzentwicklung und Profitabilität der zugewiesenen Kunden auswirkt
- Verantwortlich für die reibungslose Prüfung und Umsetzung der globalen Verträge und Prozesse in der Schweiz für zugewiesene Global Business Services Kunden (GBS)
- Sie agieren als Hauptkontaktperson zwischen Kunde und internen Teams
- Sie adressieren und stellen die Lösung von Anfragen und Beanstandungen sicher
- Sie entwickeln ein detailliertes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen unserer Kunden und verantworten deren strategische Entwicklung
- Sie initialisieren, führen und begleiten komplexe Kundenprojekte unter Einbezug der relevanten Fachbereiche
- Betreuung und Identifizierung von Upselling-Potenzial bei den zugewiesenen Kunden
- Zusammenarbeit mit der internationalen Organisation GBS (Global Business Services) von Konica Minolta während des gesamten Kunden Lifecycles
- Rapportieren von Aktivitäten im CRM und verantwortlich für die termingerechte Einlieferung von Statistiken und Reports, die von Konica Minolta eingefordert werden
- Betreuung der Kunden vor Ort, was mit einer gelegentlichen Reisetätigkeit in der gesamten Schweiz verbunden ist
- Mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation auf Deutsch, Englisch und teils Französisch

- Ihre Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse aufzunehmen und in eine entsprechende Lösung umzusetzen zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie zeichnen sich durch organisatorisches Geschick, rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie hohe Belastbarkeit aus und sind ein Macher-Typ
- Sie sind eine zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Persönlichkeit mit einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie einer qualitäts
- und dienstleistungsorientierten Arbeitsweise und haben einen ausserordentlich hohen Anspruch an die Qualität unserer Kundenservices
- Sie arbeiten gerne selbständig und können sich gut auf sich verändernde Situationen einstellen
- Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung
- Zudem verfügen Sie von Vorteil über Aussendiensterfahrung mit Kundenkontakt in beratender Funktion
- Erfahrung in Projektmanagement als Teilprojektleiter oder Projektleiter ist ein Plus
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
