  • Customer support & sales via phone and online store
  • Processing sales, delivery notes & purchases in the CRM system
  • Providing administrative support to the sales teams
  • Running small errands (mail, etc.)
  • Sample control and archiving
  • Responsible for warehouse handling
Requirements
  • Commercial basic education or equivalent
  • German native language proficiency, both written and spoken, English proficiency
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Openness to various work areas
  • Flexibility and reliability
