**Global Digital Portfolio Manager - Connected Worker**:**

Working with Process Automation, you will be accountable for the long term profitable growth and marketing of the ABB digital Connected Worker offering to targeted market segments.

**This position reports to**:
GLOBAL DIGITAL PORTFOLIO LEAD

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support digital strategy for Connected Worker on market dynamics, disruption and emerging technologies and the impact on business model, products and services
- Drive the use of data and analytics and articulate its impact on industrial process
- Drive digital talent and culture, be an advisor on digital transformation for Connected Worker both internally and externally
- Monetize new business models and support investment requirements in digital business
- Strong financial and business discipline to roadmap prioritization and launch analysis of each product
- Drives portfolio financial accountability for results including NPD (New Product Development) budgets for the portfolio
- Strong collaboration with different R&D (Research and Development) teams to drive the NPD gate process and schedules
- Support sales consulting engagements for strategic opportunities in Connected Worker
- Deliver product training and sales enablement programs to increase portfolio adoption
- Partner development for Connected Worker ecosystem
- Engage, drive and contribute on group wide Connected worker projects where applicable for digital solutions

**Your background**:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical field and minimum 15 years experience in the OT/software industry with focus on digitalization and the Internet of Things and deep understanding of relevant technologies and trends
- Masters Degree in Business Administration or technical field would be an advantage
- Understanding and implementation of agile product management and incorporating VOCs into the agile requirements process
- Strong knowledge of Connected Worker solutions covering AR/VR technologies, mobility solutions, operator training simulation, plant modelling, worker/workforce analytics, worker safety and other similar solutions
- Background in cloud and edge technologies, analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning as applied to Connected Worker
- Development of Connected Worker partners in ecosystem for contributing to IP, developing apps or implementing on ABB platform
- Experience in M&A activities within the Connected Worker and/or simulation industry to broaden depth in the both the portfolio as well as services
- Proven track record in customer focus, exposure to customer top management, product management driving results and turning opportunities into sales successes
- Proven experience in driving digital development for complex global organizations, ideally in a B2B environment (Process, Energy, software, technology, automation)
- Deep Experience in the industrial software environment; Division specific industry exposure (industrial automation/advanced software) preferred experience and background in either one or more of the Division industrial domains of Mining, Pulp & Paper, Metals, Food & Beverage
- Excellent networking skills matured in a highly international organization, “leading by influence”
- Change management experience is a strong plus
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Availability to travel internationally as required
