As part of Convera’s Digital Relationship Management (DRM) team you will play a key part in delivering an excellent client experience across an extensive regional portfolio of digital customers (500+). Working on our “Edge” platform, we’ll look to you to achieve regional targets through increasing online sales, customer reactivation and retention. Leveraging centrally generated reports to target and contact clients you will handle inbound and outbound calls, you will migrate, adapt, nurture, and support your clients, cross-selling, and up-selling intangible foreign exchange products. Together with your DRM team you will work alongside other internal teams, implement regional business plans and campaigns, all while suggesting and identifying improvements within the platform.

You will be motivated and driven with a desire to succeed and with a proven track record of selling and serving remote clients to achieve sales targets. Your confident and can-do attitude will fit well within the team. Knowledge of international payments and foreign exchange products and services would be an advantage but is not compulsory, your drive and tenacity will ensure you succeed in this role. Due to the portfolio of clients, you will manage it is essential you are fluent in both German and English languages.
