Contract length : initially 1 year, renewable 2 x 2 years, maximum 5 years

Activity rate : 90%

**Your responsibilities**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s degree (obtained or near completion), in political science, sociology or public policy. Ideally with a focus on political economy;
- Good methodological skills, both quantitative and qualitative;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Demonstrated passion for social policy, labour market, education policy, or related fields;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
