**Job information**:
Expected start date in position : 01.06.2024 or to be agreed

Contract length : 1 year, renewable 2 x 2 years, maximum 5 years

Activity rate : 80% (can be increased if you are willing to contribute to consulting projects of our unit)

Workplace : IDHEAP, partial work from home possible

**Your responsibilities**:
The graduate assistant is expected to develop and complete a doctoral research project on a topic related to the intersection of artificial intelligence and the management of public service organizations in addition to assisting with teaching and research.

**Your qualifications**:

- Master’s degree, or near completion, in public management, information systems, management, political science or related disciplines;
- Skilled in quantitative methods, and willingness to refine your methodological skills;
- Knowledge of the Swiss political and administrative system is an asset;
- Passionate about learning and reliable, creative, take-charge personality;
- Able to work autonomously and deliver results on time;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French;
- German skills are an asset.
