**Role: Service Delivery Lead Oracle ERP**
**Prerequisites**
- 10+ years of industry work experience including business systems analysis, solution design, and deployment of Enterprise Systems
- ERP Experience preferred, other large life science IT platform experience welcome (LIMS, MES, etc.)
- Experience within the Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry required
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in a scientific, business, or technical field
**Summary**
Role has primary accountability for ensuring the Oracle EBS Ecosystem ( ERP, VCP, EDI,) digital capabilities operate as intended to support BMS business operations. Ensuring maintenance of the digital capabilities per functional and performance specifications, and in compliance with GxP, SOX and BMS policies and standards. This position is responsible for working with Business Partners, other IT functions (Middleware, Network, Cyber Security, ITQM, PMO, ), and the Business to support Global ERP business areas.
**Key Responsibilities Include**
- Provide day to day hands on problem management, guidance, and support to the functional and technical support and project team(s) members.
- Manage, prioritize, sequence project demand based on resource availability and timelines
- Provide leadership support ensuring requirements development, functional design and technical design follow standards.
- Ensure escalated incident, service and problem management events have appropriate resources allocated for resolution and appropriate communication around event status and closure occurs.
- Manage the Accenture managed service relationship for the platform as well as teams’ independent contractors. (includes contract reviews, BeeLine administration, onboarding and offboarding oversight, etc.)
- Manage the operational support and project budgets for the Oracle ERP ecosystem.
- Ensure ServiceNow data attributes are maintained for the ecosystem (CI ownership, approval groups, etc.)
- Be the face of the ERP team to IT business partners and escalation point of contact for business
- First point of contact for compliance (GXP, SOX, Otezla FTC, UAR reviews) for the platform.
- Help lead (be accountable) for transition to project Vision (new BMS Validation process globally)
- Ensure monthly change control/release process is managed.
- Member of the ERP Forward PMO, providing leadership towards the multi-year transition to SAP
- Be an active change leader in the transition the ERP footprint from Oracle to SAP for BMS
**Skills/Knowledge Required**:
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience in SDLC best practices
- Ability to manage competing priorities and help shape demand to match resource capacity with stakeholders
- Experience working in a cross functional and collaborative environment
- Experience working with managed service support vendors
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate solution alternatives
- Expertise in delivering solutions with process analysis; process design, mapping, and re-engineering; process/software gap analysis and resolution
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required
- Must have managed large and small teams reporting directly or indirectly
- Capable of working effectively under pressure in a multi-cultural environment, at any level of the organization, with a variety of stakeholders.
- Work with senior-level functional management to gather ideas and opportunities for continuous process improvements.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
