As a Project Manager in Corporate Projects & Solutions, you are the Expert on Project Business and you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing processes, the project IT platform, and you will develop the resources globally to ensure successful customer projects and sustainable project business.
**Role+Responsibilities**
As the Program Manager Corporate Projects & Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to drive implementation of efficient processes and tools for project management of Endress+Hauser’s customer projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of Endress+Hauser offices around the world.
Your key activities will include:
- Defining and implementing the project process in the frame of our ONE Business Process Management Program:
You will be responsible for developing and improving the project management process, ensuring the effective implementation across the organization. This includes actively reviewing with the strategic process manager, the teams and actively following-up the performance indicators.
- Project IT platform:
You will identify the requirements for the project IT platform and work closely with Endress+Hauser Infoserve (our global IT Unit) to define and realize the IT tooling platform used in customer projects. Implementation of the project IT platform in all Endress+Hauser entities and proper utilization for smooth project execution and documentation is part of this task.
- Resource development:
You will contribute to the development of our project associates globally through training initiatives. This includes providing on-site and remote training sessions to enhance project management capabilities across the organization.
- Document package management:
You will lead a core team to establish the process and tooling for document package management in customer projects. This will involve collaborating with stakeholders in the various entities and engaging the documentation team community.

- Project management experience:
Prior experience in project management, preferably within the industrial process engineering industry or similar, will be valuable. Knowledge of project execution and relevant methodologies will contribute to your success in this role.
- Possessing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI or IPMA (level C) certification will be advantageous
- Approximately 10%-20% travel to Endress+Hauser offices worldwide
- Fluency in English is a must, additional languages will be considered a plus
