**Job Description**:
**A bit about the role**

You will be part of the Treasury team which is responsible for our modules which handle all kind of FX and OTC transactions, but as well securities lending and borrowing, repurchase agreements, collateral management and cash management. The Treasury team is part of the Investment Transactions domain within the Avaloq Core Platform division and has currently a strong focus on extending our collateral management and securities lending and borrowing functionality.

You will join a group of highly-skilled, motivated, and dynamic people. We value collaboration and knowledge sharing. We live agile processes, which assist us to continuously improve as individuals and as a team.

**Your key tasks**
- Prioritise and refine the team’s backlog
- Contribute to the product vision and roadmap, working with customers to develop solutions to meet market demands
- Define initiative requirements as actionable user stories
- Manage your workload and multiple tasks simultaneously with ability to delegate and escalate as required
- Communicate with stakeholders and other teams to demo progress, and get feedback to improve the product offering
- Following Agile methodologies, work collaboratively with the team and liaise with other stakeholders

**Qualifications**:
**A bit about you**
- Multiple years professional experience as Product Owner and/or Business Analyst
- Strong background or expertise in transactional products like securities lending and borrowing, collateral management or repurchase agreements
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Experience in agile methodologies
- Great collaboration and team spirit
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation techniques in English

**It would be a real bonus if you have**
- Knowledge of Avaloq Core & Front Platform with certification
- Broad business knowhow in transactional products
