**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Akquisition von Anlagenbauprojekten
- Festlegung von strategischen Massnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung und Potentialausschöpfung
- Kommunikation und Austausch mit Anspruchsgruppen
- Projektentwicklung mit der Kundschaft
- Aggregation der Kundenbedürfnisse in Kooperation mit unterstützenden Funktionen
- Erledigung kundenbezogener administrativer Arbeiten
- Technische Verkaufsberatung und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Ausarbeitung von kundenspezifischen Konzepten und Offerten
- Markt-, Bedürfnis und Konkurrenzanalyse

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (HF/FH) sowie kaufmännische Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Aussendienst und Kenntnisse im Verfahrenstechnik oder Verkauf von verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb
- Sehr breites technisches und kommerzielles Verständnis
- Fähigkeit und Wille Akquisitionsprozesse über längere Zeiträume ausdauernd und konsequent zu führen
- Systematisches, konsequentes Führen von komplexen Vertragsverhandlungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
