Notre client, leader sur son marché, est une entreprise spécialisée dans le développement et la commercialisation des produits innovants en nutrition infantile. Dans le cadre de son développement en France et à l'international, nous recherchons un(e):
**INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER**

**CDI - GENEVE, SUISSE**

**Description**

Sous la responsabilité de la Direction Générale et directement en collaboration avec celle-ci, votre objectif sera de** définir et de mettre en place la stratégie commerciale par un plan d’actions**. Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

- ** Prospecter de nouveaux marchés à l'international** et se porter garant du développement des ventes.
- Définir le **processus d'acquisition** de contrats
- Développer de **nouveaux partenariats avec les laboratoires pharmaceutiques **et structurer leur force de vente
- ** Commercialiser**, promouvoir la gamme de produits.
- ** Assurer la croissance optimale des ventes** sur les marchés existants et nouveaux.
- Suivre la politique commerciale (promotion, lancement etc.)
- Assurer une **veille financière et concurrentielle** (dynamique des marchés, performance de l’entreprise et des concurrents etc.)

Des déplacements à l’étranger sont à prévoir.

D’autres missions pourront venir agrémenter le poste.

**Profil**

Au-delà de votre formation, vous justifiez d’une **expérience confirmée (entre 6 et 12 ans d'expérience) de développeur commercial en B2B sur le secteur de l'industrie pharmaceutique (nutrition, médicaments, OTC etc.) et au sein d'un contexte international**.

Doté(e) d’un fort tempérament de leader et d’une réelle autorité de compétence, vous êtes capable d’évoluer en totale autonomie.

Votre **tempérament de "chasseur"** est un réel plus sur ce poste. Vous êtes déterminé(e), vous êtes **attiré(e) par le challenge** et allez au-delà des difficultés. Enfin, d'esprit positif, vous appréciez **travailler en équipe et êtes à l'écoute de vos clients**.
