**Strategic Assistant to Group CFO (M/F/d) 80 - 100%**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
In this role, you support the Group CFO, Head Global Controlling and Head Global Accounting & Reporting in the coordination and preparation of immaculate financial analysis and reporting. You play a key role in continuously elevating the quality and the way how financial information is reported internally and critically analyzed including the implementation of appropriate actions. The direct exposure to the Group management as well as the global finance community makes this position an excellent development opportunity for finance talents.
Main challenges include:
- Providing strategic support to the Group CFO in daily business with complex ad hoc financial and competitors’ analysis.
- Coordination, preparation and review of ad hoc reporting and analysis for key management personnel
- Assist organization and facilitate meetings for Group Finance Management Team, Global Finance Managers, as well as trainings for the Schindler Finance Community
- Continuously improving the quality and the way how financial information is reported, critically analyzed, and interpreted

Further requirements may include:
- Profound finance background, master’s degree in finance is desired
- Excellent financial and analytical skills
- Solid knowhow of efficient use of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Working proficiency in English
