We Elevate

Your Responsibilities:
Your research, analysis, and project support are essential to the Global Head of Field Quality & Excellence. You manage the FQE strategy and communicate its execution internally.

Main tasks include:

  • Creating extensive presentations and reports
  • Involvement in FQE projects
  • Collecting and analysing data to prepare monthly KPI reports
  • Monitoring & tracking all decisions/ open items taken within: FQE function meetings (e.g. transmission belt meetings, etc.), jour fixes/VFOs, crossfunctional corporate meetings (e.g. KL meetings, board meetings, etc.)
  • Supporting in the budgeting process and following up on its execution

Further requirements may include:

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Solid experience in MS Office, SAP and Lotus Notes
  • Working proficiency in English, solid ability to communicate in German would be desirable
