**Strategic Executive Assistant (M/F/d) 80 - 100%**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
You create value by acting as a sparring partner and supporting the Chief Technology Officer (Group Executive Committee Member) by addressing core business questions in the high-paced tech environment and support him in finding accurate decisions and channelling those into initiatives to support our business.

Other interesting challenges include:

- Supporting the development of the long-term organizational and operational strategy including strategic investments and respective budget planning and execution
- Leading as well as supporting assigned projects of high complexity
- Managing and coordinating various strategic and operational projects simultaneously
- Coordinating, preparing, and on-time delivery of periodical report and presentation
- Supporting the CTO Division’s decision-making process in finance related matters

You have a proven track record of international and cross-cultural project execution with respective communication and interpersonal skills and thrive in a multinational collaborative environment. Your pronounced leadership skills pair with a proficiency in creating visually and verbally engaging reports and presentation.

Further requirements may include:

- Master’s Degree in Finance with strong experience in technical function of elevator & escalator industry
- Several years of experience in project management and strategic planning in the elevator & escalator industry
- Professional experience in the elevator & escalator industry
- Outstanding research and analytical abilities
- Working proficiency in English, German and one additional language preferably Chinese
