Aftermarket Solutions Representative

**Job Description**:
**JOB PURPOSE**:Drive revenue and growth for the core aftermarket business in line with CI Services Growth Strategy in Italy and Spain, communicate targets by following established sales processes focused on the end customer. This will be achieved in close collaboration with the dealers (CGT and FSA) where the incumbent under direction of aftermarket management will provide leadership, guidance and counsel to optimize dealer’ sales force and sales processes effectiveness, in addition to leveraging opportunity management systems and processes to Caterpillar’s benefit, while recognizing and respecting dealer’s independence.
**Key responsibilities**
Achieve CI core sales growth target (STU Growth)
Achieve 4-10 CVA Penetration target
Achieve Rebuild LENS target
Promote Sales PSE’s deployment, execution & Sales funnel management
Governance & execution of Services Growth Plan
Partner with DSD on key projects / deliverables
**Standard job duties include**:
- Deliver, in collaboration with Retail ASR & Global Accounts, the annual total business plan ($STU targets) for the assigned dealer territories.
- Drive regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed, with major focus on Sales PSEs.
- Seek understanding, document and communicate internally on customer requirements, business models, competitive landscape and other market intelligence to ensure product groups are aware of product & customer needs.
- Partner with dealers’ Parts & Service Sales Managers and their PSSR organization to influence sales force effectiveness.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, changing technology and market regulations in countries covered
- Partner with & influence other internal parties to ensure general customer needs are met for an effective commercial relationship
- Optimize parts sales variance utilization within assigned budget to drive incremental top line revenue and deliver business plan.
- Understand Caterpillar’s business model and act within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions.
- Manage the T&E budget
**COMPETENCIES & BEHAVIORS**:
Incumbents must demonstrate the following competencies and behaviors:
- University degree in Economics and/or Engineering
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge
- Proficient analytic tools user
- Intermediate knowledge of customer solutions (parts products, service offerings, solution offerings, digital innovation)
- Experience in sales & marketing areas, digital innovation.
- Interpersonal skills and with strong customer approach
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Team player with strong accountability
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously
- Ability to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures
**BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE**:
Min 6 years field experience.
