The HR Transformation Program is a business-led program that will help to underpin the new ABB Way operating model and the decentralization agenda. It is a key step in modernizing the HR part of our legacy ERP estate and will create sustainable benefits for ABB. A key element for the success of our program is the completeness and accuracy of the data transferred from the local systems into Workday as our new data master. As the Data Validation Manager, you will be responsible for defining the scope and approach to validation, setting up the tools and governance and then coordinate with global and local stakeholders in over 80 countries to drive it across the various data migration cycles, resulting in business sign-off on the data ahead of our global go-live in June 2025. This project role will end mid-2025 and will report to the HRTP Deployment Lead.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain tools to track and report on the progress across global and local validation activities and ensure they are up to date. Follow up on execution and provide a support structure for the teams who execute the task to find help with their queries and questions. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and program leadership, if required.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage risks and potential roadblocks. Bring together the right people to keep the project moving forward.
- Continuous Improvement: Collect and feedback from relevant stakeholder groups on the delivery and find innovative ways to overcome challenges and keep things running smoothly.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as IT, Data or Business
- 5-8 years of experience in data, project management or other relevant field
- Knowledge of Workday and/or SAP HR is highly favorable
- Hands-on mentality with strong sense of ownership.
- Very structured and diligent approach to planning and organization
- Comfortable working independently and navigating complex environments.
- Ability to present information simply and clearly and communicate effectively.
- Collaborative working style appreciating the inclusion of geographies, levels, functions, and cultures.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
