Per importante realtà del mondo dei servizi per impresa siamo alla ricerca di un **Back-Office Sales** **per esaudire al meglio le necessità del mercato e creare nuove scoperte tecnologiche per clienti e partner.

**Responsabilità**
- gestione dell'ufficio e delle relazioni con i clienti per garantire la massima soddisfazione di questi ultimi
- confronto costante con il Manager di riferimento per ogni problematica o difficoltà dovesse verificarsi sui nuovi prodotti o clienti
- organizzazione delle attività amministrative necessarie a raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita
- mantenimento e aggiornamento dei contatti con i clienti su tematiche di natura commerciale
- Analisi delle opportunità di business in relazione ai prodotti e alle soluzioni offerte dall'azienda
- Preparazione contratti e offerte commerciali
- Stesura delle offerte semplici e complesse
- Gestione dei concorsi
- Interagire con i fornitori per contrattazione commerciale relative alle trattative in corso
- Gestione dell'approvvigionamento merci
- Conoscenze basi dell'amministrazione (note di credito, storni, remissioni)
- Gestione dei resi materiale
- Precedente esperienza nel settore IT
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta
- Conoscenza delle lingue nazionali costituisce titolo preferenziale
- Buona conoscenza degli applicativi Microsoft e del pacchetto Office
- ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali, precisione
- capacità di negoziazione
- buona relazione telefonica e di presenza con il cliente
- conoscenza dei prodotti nell'ambito IT
- rispetto delle priorità e scadenze
- attitudine al lavoro d'ufficio
- capacità di relazionarsi con gli altri reparti
- una mentalità aperta alla formazione e voglia di mettersi in gioco e propositiva
- attitudine indipendente e di autogestione
