- We have an exciting opportunity for a/an Inventory Control Associate in our Manno office.

Department overview:
The inventory control department is responsible for the supervision, control and coordination of the end to end merchandise flow for Michael Kors EMEA business both under an operational and financial perspective.

What You’ll Do:
You will support the inventory valuation within inventory management system, performing estimated costing upload / actual costing update. You will reconcile inventory movements and prepare ad hoc KPIs presenting regular and consistent status updates.

Relevant focus to be put on:

- Support to Invoice approval process for the distribution center (three-way match) ensuring regular payment flow and maintenance of good relationship with suppliers and account payable department
- Support to initial retail pricing process for all product categories, across the Ecommerce, Lifestyle & Outlet channels in Europe.
- Seasonal cost uploads: Collate, validate & upload estimated costs by division and season in RLM
- Reconcile inventory movements
- Support SOX activities - controls
- Preparation of ad-hoc KPIs on invoice approval
- Ad-hoc projects support
- Seasonal price uploads
- UPC creation process in JDA/MMS
- Price and costing calendar coordination
- Contact and alignment with the European Licensee vendors to collect, analyze & upload prices on a seasonal basis.

You’ll Need to Have:

- Bachelor degree
- 2+ years’ experience in Finance or related roles
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, strong knowledge of other MS Windows programs is a plus
- Knowledge of JDA & RLM, Qlik is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage own time effectively
- English language skills for business use level is required. Other language skills would be advantageous
- Very good analytical and creative problem solving skills
