Teacher Training Manager

The Teacher Training Manager is an exciting role that leads the development and delivery of training for thousands of teachers around the world who use the EF online platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing engaging online training content and courses that support online teachers in their onboarding and ongoing professional development. In addition, you will be involved in each step of the training development cycle: from training needs analysis, content creation, delivery to evaluation and revision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training needs analysis before designing training
- Review training needs to prioritise learning objectives
- Plan and author engaging training content e.g. videos, quizzes, articles, graphics
- Utilise feedback from teams to develop and localise training content
- Collect feedback regularly to evaluate and improve training content
- Set and measure KPIs for training courses and projects
- Support centres with ongoing training programmes
- Liaise with internal teams on new features launching on the EF online teaching platform

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree or above
- Trinity DipTESOL, Cambridge DELTA or equivalent that includes assessed teaching practice
- At least 5 years relevant work experience
- A proven record of writing and delivering online training courses
- A working knowledge of Articulate 360 and LMS management is preferred
- Experience in teaching online is an advantage
