The EBU is offering **HUMAN RESOURCES Intern for a period 6 months**

The success of the EBU Human Resources Service is the result of the commitment, know-how, innovation capacity and work ethics of our employees.

EBU Human Resources enables EBU’s skilled and engaged staff to operate efficiently world-wide, in a great variety of projects and settings.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION**

**As the Human Resources Intern you will**:
Support the HR Team on several HR projects with a particular focus on L&D highest priorities on Succession Planning, review of employee job descriptions.

In collaboration with the Director of HR, identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives with regards to the HR operations and HR processes.

Organizational Design and Succession Planning:

- Review and update EBU employee job descriptions.
- Participate in the coordination meetings with managers to understand job descriptions content and follow up.
- Work with the L&D team on succession planning rollout: mapping of critical roles, identification of talents and top performers, targeted development plans.
- Contribute to training needs assessments.

HR Branding:

- Update the content of the HR intranet page, ensure an easy access to all needed information and ensure regular updates and news.
- Compile and design communications to staff on HR activities.

Other HR related tasks:

- Assist by assuming HR administrative responsibilities.
- Contribute to HR data analysis on request.
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Keen interest in HR and Talent management related matters
- Concise and engaging written and spoken communication skills in English and French
- Good priority management and organisational skills
- Excellent team player and ability to work independently
- Excellent service-oriented mindset
- Active Listening
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills - English or French
- An ability to remain calm under pressure and a robust/resilient attitude towards challenges
- Be critical judgement to ensure confidential treatment of information when needed
**EDUCATION - **In the process of completing a Bachelor or a Master (HR specialization) or any equivalent diploma**:
