**Your team**:

- Group Corporate Communications is part of Corporate Functions (which include the Group’s non-banking activities) and the Pictet Group Foundation is a grant-making foundation established by the Managing Partners of Pictet to pursue their responsible vision.We offer a 24-month Graduate Programme intended for young postgraduates. It includes a series of specific rotations through different teams, and will give you an opportunity to develop solid expertise in the field of corporate philanthropy, as well as to build a comprehensive overview of internal and external communications processes. You will also develop expertise in corporate design by gaining an insight into the creative design process, the production of corporate communications materials, and the work of the Branding team.At the end of the programme, you will join the Group Corporate Communications department working across the two teams: the Pictet Group Foundation team (comprising the Managing Director and Secretary General of the Foundation) and the Branding team. The position is based at the Pictet Group headquarters in Geneva**Your role**:

- In your role with the Pictet Group Foundation, you will help the team to identify and oversee the Foundation’s portfolio of non-profit partnerships. You will assist in developing tools that make it easier to monitor grants and allow aggregation of results and impact indicators for the projects supported by the Foundation. You will contribute to developing knowledge and expertise in the Foundation’s strategic thematic areas (Water and Nutrition) as well as bolstering the Foundation’s internal and external communications efforts.-
- As a member of the Group Corporate Communications department you will work with various business line marketing teams and build up a comprehensive overview of internal communications, photography, video, digital, social media and corporate publications.**Your profile**:

- Recent graduate (at least Bachelor’s degree) in International Development/Relations, Environmental Sciences/Economics or equivalent.
- Experience of working for a foundation, social enterprise or non-profit organisation; knowledge of planning, monitoring and evaluation instruments would be a plus.
- Keen interest in technology and digital communications as well as graphic design, project management and design process.
- Enthusiasm for and experience in communications, in particular writing, editing and presenting in English and French.
- Knowledge of social media.
- Attention to detail and well organised.
- Pursuit of extracurricular activities in a specific field (academic, athletics, charitable causes, creative arts, etc.) would be major bonus.
- At ease in a multi-cultural environment and previous exposure to an international environment, either in a work-related, academic or personal setting.
- Fluency in or native speaker of English and French, with knowledge of other languages a plus.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
- An inquiring mind, with the ability to innovate and a strong sense of teamwork.Start date: 1 October 2023**Note**:
