**The programme**:

- This is a unique 24-month experience where we offer you a permanent position along with a specific programme with rotations in different teams to build your expertise and professional skills.
- Based on a permanent contract, our graduate programme includes on
- and off-the-job components, places the emphasis on teamwork but will also explore your skill sets, further your development and set specific objectives.During the programme, you will be working with a wide range of experts in the firm and form part of an international graduate network. To bolster your technical skills, you will prepare for specific certification, depending on your role, while also developing your soft skills through the Group Graduate Training Programme.-
- Within the Management Office, you will join a small but dynamic Finance & Risk Management team, whose mission is to manage the financial aspects, the information shared to the stakeholders and the risks arising from the Banking Operations activities worldwide.**Your role**:

- In this position, you will work closely with experienced professionals, have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the operational and technological nuts and bolts of Pictet Group and interact with Tech&Ops senior management. During this programme, you will have a comprehensive view of how risks are managed across our various activities within the Group. You will be called upon to tackle a wide variety of activities such as key performance and key risk indicators, risk analysis, monitoring and improvement of our internal control system, incident management, risk mapping, follow-up of audit recommendations and actions, as well as risk reporting.During the graduate programme you will develop solid project, risk management and financial analysis skills and acquire the expertise to build and conduct complex data analyses (e.g., key performance and key risk indicators, control execution metrics). In parallel, you will contribute to or lead projects aimed at achieving continuous improvement of our operational processes to optimize risk-related tasks or standardize the practices across the teams.The programme is made up of different tracks to be run in the various Pictet units and departments. You will have the opportunity to rotate in the Banking Operations, Group Risk and Tech&Ops Risk & Compliance units.
- At the end of the programme, you will be ready to take full ownership of a position in Banking Ops.**Your profile**:

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (with a maximum of two years’ work experience) in Economics or Finance with a genuine interest in the finance and/or information technology industry as well as risk management
- and/or compliance-related matters.
- An enquiring mind as well as an ability to innovate and be a strong team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and as part of a transversal team in a dynamic environment.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities (academic, athletic, charitable, etc.) is appreciated.
- MS Office skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English (both written and oral), with other languages beneficial but not required.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
- As the chosen graduate you will show energy and enthusiasm in your work, be eager to learn, demonstrate an interest in finance and enable us to benefit from the new approaches and technologies that you learnt about during your studies.- Note
