Product Owner, Efraud Prevention

**Your field of responsibility**

In Digital Banking, we put our clients and their digital safety first. As the eFraud Prevention Product Owner you will learn all about fraud and how we protect our clients from cybercrime, as you ensure that our eFraud Prevention systems are robust and effective. Given our agile approach you will be defining, prioritizing, writing, reviewing and implementing features, epics and user stories for agile development, acting as the bridge between key stakeholders and our IT teams. You will also be involved in the eFraud incident management processes and investigations, working to optimize our security measures and controls in response to fraud cases as they arise.
You will also be involved in a wide variety of digitalization initiatives, ensuring that our clients’ safety always remain a top priority.

**Your skills and experience**

Ideally, you have experience with agile project management and IT delivery and have outstanding communication skills.
- 3+ years of agile project management and IT delivery experience.
- Excellent organization skills with a proactive, detail orientated, inquisitive mind and strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Higher education in Business or IT ideally combined with previous experience in the financial industry. Experience with fraud and cybercrime is certainly an advantage, but if you don’t have any, then a strong desire to learn how we can leverage technology, data and client awareness initiatives to better protect our clients is crucial.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
