About the job

- Koordination des Country Managers Schweiz und des Leadership Teams, einschließlich Sales Leadership Team (SLT)-Meetings und CH-Arbeitssitzungen sowie Steuerung der monatlichen Schweizer Townhalls.
- Leitung des Schweizer Front
- & Back-Office Teams
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) für Procure to Pay (P2P)-Prozesse, inklusive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Schweiz innerhalb der DACH-Region, sowie Zusammenarbeit mit WISE (Working in a Environment) und Facility-Anfragen.
- Verantwortung für die Jahresplanung und Governance des SLT in Abstimmung mit DACH sowie den Assistants des CEO/EU.
- Eventmanagement für das Schweizer Team, einschließlich Führungstreffen, Teamausflüge, Strategiemeetings sowie Sommer
- und Weihnachtsfeiern.
- Stakeholder-Management intern und extern sowie Projektmanagement im Zusammenhang mit dem Zürcher Büro.

About you
- Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Koordination von Führungskräften und Teams.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um als SPOC zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen und externen Stakeholdern zu fungieren.
- Erfahrung im Eventmanagement und in der Organisation von geschäftlichen Veranstaltungen.
- Fähigkeit zur Planung und Verwaltung komplexer Projekte sowie Stakeholder-Management.
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Ownership über Aufgaben, mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld & Französisch wünschenswert.
