Within just a few years, we’ve built our domestic market leading position by supplying superior charging installations for housing co-ops and private homes alike. And as a Norwegian EV pioneer, our goals are aimed on bringing the best charging technology from the coast of Norway to the rest of the world.
- Switzerland is an important market for Zaptec where we are already established as a market leader with a broad partner and customer base.**Responsibilities**:
As our new Country Manager for Switzerland, your responsibilities will include:
- Commercial leadership for the Swiss market (B2B).
- Leading and developing a cross-functional team.
- Driving Zaptec’s growth with new and existing partners.
- Close collaboration with Swiss management and Zaptec's country managers.
- Full P&L responsibility with follow-up and implementation of measures to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Development and implementation of the business strategy, and define sales goals and measurement parameters based on overall objectives.
- Working strategically and operationally to create customers and suppliers in the region.
- Assisting with content for tenders as well as launch of new services/products.
- Coordinating market research and analyzing EV charging development.
- Creating enthusiasm and commitment, as well as developing a powerful sales culture where company values are central.
- Reporting to group CCO at Zaptec.**Skills and Experience**:
- Higher education or significant relevant work experience.
- Strong operational manager with high work capacity and strong commercial understanding and ability to identify strategic opportunities.
- Data driven and can use insights to identify commercial opportunities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to set clear goals and directions.
- Systematic and responsible in own and overall work
- Good collaborative skills as well as a natural ability to motivate and guide the company direction.
- Experience from relevant industries such as the EV charging, energy or utility sector is preferred.
- Strong technical understanding and interest.
- Experience from high growth companies/industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German; French and/or Italian is a plus.**Give us a chance to get to know you**:
