This position involves heading a team in the Local Division Traction Switzerland, ensuring continuous and efficient production operations in line with plans, procedures, and quality and safety standards and policies. In this role, you will aid in the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner, managing resources to meet production targets. - Disciplinary and operational management of order processing (production planning / AVOR) of Production Converters - Member of the management team Production Converters - Direct supervision and processing of projects and products in the area of responsibility of the order processing processes

**Your responsibilities**:

- Process responsibility for order processing of the Converter production with internal and external interfaces to the partners in the business area
- Contact person for external partners (business unit) as well as for the order processing of the other production departments at the site
- Further development of processes within order processing (purchasing, production planning, warehouse planning, inventory mgmt)
- Management and preparation of the annual cut-off date inventory in the area of production
- Coordination of measures with SCM in case of escalation (supplier issues, quality cases)
- Supporting SCM with data and facts from order processing
- Communication and coordination/information of the different production areas (assembly units, testing, service) in Turgi/Baden
- Overall coordination of the various order fulfillment processes
- Early detection of frictions with an impact on production
- On-time processing of received customer orders (new business/service)
- Independent, responsible, business goal-oriented way of working
- Cost-oriented planning and acting in the workflows and processes

**Your background**:

- Process specialist with additional training at the level of technician HF
- Knowledge of a production environment (process, procedures)
- Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP,...)
- Good English language skills
- Goal-oriented work / communication skills
- Good conflict management
