Team Lead Production Testing

Your responsibilities

  • Perform production testing activities in two locations on quality and time, secure the here for required work force, coordinate the resolution of issues across business functions.
  • Supervise and coach the team as required, support handson during peak load situations.
  • Source, administrate, maintain and improve equipment and processes with your team.
  • Contribute to and lead various production development activities, also beyond your team.

Your background

  • Experienced, natural role model in context of lean leadership and lean process improvement.
  • Fluent German and conversational English are a must.
  • Preferably you have multiple years of experience in production testing of electrical / electromechanical industrial goods.
