We are looking for an experienced business developer who can translate our sustainable and bold company vision into marketable products empowering circular construction.

Tasks

Your role

Develop Business Cases for new Business Units (e.g. 3D printing) and support Business Units in Internationalization strategy (feasibility study, joint venture)
- Packaging of technology portfolio into marketable products supported by the Tech Center and external partners
- Market intelligence - finding matches between our technology and market opportunities - interaction with potential customers/partners
- Definition/testing/execution of go-to-market strategy and positioning with relevant stakeholders
- Identification/Evaluation of Partners to enable strategy execution (JVs, M&A, etc.)
- Demonstration and supervision of market acceptance by providing market proof-points together with relevant stakeholders (e.g. pilot projects, testing campaigns, fairs, letters of interest, communication collaboration, certification).
- As a member of the startup leadership, you significantly contribute to the company development, growth, financial performance and culture
- Lead key cross-functional projects
- Develop the marketing strategy and the FenX brand
- Build & manage the Business Development team in alignment with company growth.

**Requirements**:
**Profile**:

- Master’s degree in business or technical field, affinity for the other
- 5-10 years of business experience in the construction material field or similar.
- You have an existing network in the construction industry on which you can rely for business activities
- Strong relationship-building and project management skills
- Negotiation skills
- You are team-oriented and have the desire to be part of a young and innovative team
- Resilient, well-structured versatile and flexible personality with a quick power of comprehension
- Professional appearance: you are reliable and perceptive to sort things out
- Very good oral and written German/English skills
- Good PC skills (MS-Office)
