**Head of Traction Service Switzerland (80 - 100%)**:

In this position, you will be planning and ensuring the execution of Division and Product Line Service strategy for Switzerland, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for services in a profitable way. You will be responsible for leading, developing and coaching the Service organization proactively as well as making sure that the organization exceeds the financial targets through high performance and therefore ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Drive productivity and profitable growth is the mandate of this position.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Creating, planning and implementing local service strategy. Business development initiatives, in alignment with global sales strategy and the local division. Achieving financial targets in respect of both budgets and productivity. Strong alignment with other ABB countries and Local Management peers
- Establishing sales targets and ensuring sales achievement through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed. Profitable execution other projects and book to bill business.
- Identifying opportunities at existing and potential new customers within defined geographical area and determines plans for acquisition and allocates resources
- Coordinating the flow of information for service activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc. and evaluates data to ensure achievement of goals
- Supporting the development of strong relationships with key customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers. Ensuring efficient marketing communications
- Ensuring achievement of volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for sales. Participating on negotiations of key contracts. Managing ongoing costs by defining and executing key productivity improvement projects
- Monitoring client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams. Identifying and managing potential business risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels. Ensuring local country compliance of Traction Service within the local Traction Division
- Taking ownership of the Service processes, and all relevant training and development plans, actions and programs. Ownership for the What Part of execution to comply the external and internal customer commitments
- Ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Coaching, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies. Driving and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration

**Your background**:

- Entrepreneurial spirit and way of working

- Industrial Service experience
- Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
