Service Team Leader
**Your role and responsibilities**:
We train customers and ABB service engineers worldwide in operating, maintaining, and commissioning our Motion Traction products. This position requires sound technical know-how, a willingness to learn and teach, and a confident appearance. Furthermore, we rely on your ideas for the steady development of our coaching tools, concepts and e-learnings. The work model for this role is onsite. #LI-hybrid - Design, preparation, and implementation of the training for our customer and our service engineers - Conduct customer training, either in the classroom or on site, with up to 20% travelling - Development of the course content and training materials - Work closely with field service, product managers, development, and customer support to improve training, products and our tools and processes - Implement new training methods like simulation tools, improve our certification concept and develop e-learning modules and hands-on lessons - Configure analysis tools for customers, the field and for training courses - Support the field service in complex cases to expand our own expertise - Carry out measurements in the field
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor or Master)
- Several years of experience as a service engineer with traction and energy storing systems
- Fluent in German and English - both verbal and written
- Willingness to work with various interfaces within ABB as well as in presentations and training of technical staff from different cultures
- High flexibility and willingness to work independently and reliably around the globe by representing ABB Switzerland in a professional way
