In this role you will lead all Local Production and Operational Supply Chain Activities of the Traction Division in Switzerland. Therefore, you are driving efficient and cost-effective production results to meet requirements, specifications and targets by coordinating and plant equipment, personnel and production processes. Reporting to the local Division Manager Traction Switzerland, this position is graded as 10.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Responsible for production quality, OTD, productivity improvements, inventories, and landed product cost optimization
- Define with the Local Division Manager required resources and investments and further develop the production organization and people
- Cooperate with the country organization and the site organizations to leverage synergies and to utilize common infrastructure and services
- Cooperate with Traction Global Operations to leverage synergies, implement best practices, optimize interfaces, and develop Traction Global Operations
- Develop required ERP data quality and cost transparency
- Lead strategic projects in the area of Traction production and SCM optimization
**Your background**:
- Strong leadership experience (over 5 years) in a dynamic and fast developing business
- Strong communication (DE/EN) capabilities
- Profound experience in investment goods sales and project execution
- Traction-relevant industry experience
