**Was du bei uns bewegen kannst**:
- Als Head of Product & Digital Transformation bist du Mitglied der erweiterten Geschäftsleitung und verantwortlich für die Konzeption und Umsetzung unserer Produkt
- und Digitalisierungsstrategie
- Du führst und entwickelst unser Product & Pricing Management Team, das aus engagierten und qualifizierten Mitarbeitenden besteht
- Du leitest und realisierst Projekte zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unserer Kernprozesse und stellst die notwendige IT-Infrastruktur sicher
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Release
- und Projektportfolio Management innerhalb der movon AG und mit Corporate Services (AMAG IT), insbesondere mit der Abteilung Financial Services
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Förderung unserer bestehenden und neuen Produkte und Dienstleistungen, mit Fokus auf finanziellen Gewinn und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Du erreichst die für die movon AG gesetzten finanziellen, strategischen und sonstigen Ziele mit den Vorgaben der AMAG Group sowie Volkswagen Financial Services AG
**Das bringst du mit**:
- Du hast ein Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder einem relevanten Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Personalverantwortung mit und verfügst über Erfahrung in Produktmanagement, digitaler Transformation und Mobilitätslösungen
- Du hast nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Leitung von grossen Transformationsprojekten vorzuweisen und verstehst digitale Technologien und Geschäftsmodelle in der Tiefe
- Du hast ein starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und kannst komplexe Geschäftsprozesse durchschauen und Herausforderungen auf unkonventionelle sowie kreative Weise lösen
- Du arbeitest teamorientiert und kannst mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern gut zusammenarbeiten
- Du sprichst und schreibst stilsicher in Deutsch und Französisch
