Supply Planner

For our site in Cham, Switzerland, we are currently looking for a** Supply Planner.**

The Supply Planner is responsible for the end-to-end Demand & Supply Planning operations for the Pharma and Consumer Health Business Units in close collaboration with the different manufacturing sites in scope.

**The Role**

The main responsibilities are the following:

- Oversight the planning activity for the E2E supply chain, maintaining the communication flow between the different sites (internal or external) of the network.
- Sharing the material/bulk requirement forecast with the sites
- Responsible for the reconciliation of the Supply Plan upon input from the manufacturing site re. rough cut capacity planning
- Responsible for monitoring production status vs. Supply Plans, anticipating potential issues, setting up priorities in alignment with key stakeholders, setting up contingency plans to ensure on-time and in-full delivery, and identifying root causes in case of delay to continuously mitigate risks
- Responsible for timely and precise raw material purchasing placing orders to suppliers/customers planning to meet production/forecast demand
- Analyze data for inventory support, demand planning, and S&OP process
- Contribute to the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the intercompany flows in close alignment with the manufacturing sites
- Responsible for inventory management along the supply chain for the assigned portfolio
- Support the customer-owned material purchasing process by leading the relationship with the customer
- Responsible for the life cycle of the purchase orders, registering and follow-up
- Monitors forecasts, and customer orders for unexpected changes and revises plans as required
- Manage the relationship and performance monitoring with external manufacturers
- Support cost reduction, lead time reduction, and inventory reduction programs with suppliers to support company goals.
- Ensure compliance with the EU Good Manufacturing / Distribution Practices (GxP) for medicinal products and to the current Swissmedic regulations
- Responsible for the master data accuracy of the business
- Bachelor of Science Engineer, Supply or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in** supply & planning**
- Good knowledge of ERP systems SAP, JDE will be an asset
- Very good knowledge in** Excel**
