- Management and further development of our Geneva office: sales, marketing, team leadership.
- Taking ownership of direct sales. Selling our linguistic travel programs and destinations. Managing CRM in a smart and effective manner.
- Achievement of sales targets (weekly, monthly, yearly). Individual and team targets.
- Planning and implementation of sales, marketing and customer loyalty activities.
- Building and maintaining partnerships.
- Recruitment, leadership, coaching and development of employees.
- Calls and face to face consultations.

- Analytical thinker, problem-solving-oriented and structured way of working.
- Experience in sales and leadership skills that you can demonstrate.
- French mother tongue with strong knowledge of English.
- University degree (Uni/HES) or career changer with relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Ideally you have lived abroad
