Swisswhite ist auf der Suche nach einem Art Director mit Leidenschaft für Branding, Packaging, Web, Social Media und Marketing.

Es handelt sich um eine 100% Stelle, die direkt dem CEO unterstellt ist. Die Person ist eine strategisch denkende Grafik Designerin mit einem Finger am Puls Trends und hat idealerweise Erfahrung in der Produktion von organischen und bezahlten Inhalten auf verschiedenen Plattformen (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Twitter, Youtube, etc.). Motion Design / Adobe After Effects Fähigkeiten sind erforderlich.

Der Visual Designer wird ein wichtiger Teil des Kreativteams (Design Head, Copywriter und Motion Designer) sein, der Inhalte für unsere eigenen Marken entwickelt und dabei hilfst du dieser erfolgreich am Markt zu positionieren.

Aufgaben

**Grafik Design**: Gestaltung von Visual Konzepten bis hin zu einzelnen Designelementen
- Anzeigen und Werbekampagnen: Research und Mitarbeit bei Gestaltungskonzepten, Entwicklung von Strategien, Ideen und die Produktion von ansprechenden Werbeanzeigen.
- Social Media Inhalte: Du unterstützt bei der Planung von Inhalten und sorgst für die Umsetzung von ansprechenden, plattformspezifischen Kreationen (insbesondere für Instagram).
- E-Mail-Marketing: Du unterstützt die kreative Strategie, das Wireframing und das Design von überzeugenden E-Mail-Inhalten, die die Konversion fördern und die Projektziele erreichen.
- Packaging: Du entwickelt komplette Konzepte für unsere Retail starken Verpackungen und Dinge wie Hologramm, Hot Foil, Embossing, Debossing sind für Dich keine Fremdwörter
- Online Stores: Du liefest die Ideen und visuellen UI/UX Designs für unsere User Experience beim Kunden. Aber wichtig: Nur Design - die Programmierung ist nicht Deine Sorge.
- Neue Marken: Du gestaltest Konzept für neue Marken, welche wir entwickeln und die einzelnen Design Elemente
- Kenntnisse von HTML sowie ein bisschen technisches Verständnis sind von Vorteil.

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Lehre als Grafiker / Polygraf / Mediamatiker oder Ähnliches und/oder Studium Visuelle Kommunikation, Style & Design, Interaction Design, Fachklasse Grafik
- Interesse an Typografie wie auch digitales und Design
- Erfahrungen in Brand & Packaging Design
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Detailorientiert und geschickt im Zeit
- und Terminmanagement
- Fliessend in Deutsch / sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse von Vorteil
