Each year we offer over 870 educational events around the world, supported by nearly 8,000 faculty members and attended by over 82,600 participants. We have around 20,000 surgeon members working in the fields of trauma, spine, craniomaxillofacial, veterinary, and reconstructive surgery.

**Responsibilities**:
The AO is a medically-guided, not-for-profit organization, a global network of surgeons, and the world's leading education, innovation, and research organization specializing in the surgical treatment of trauma and musculoskeletal disorders. We have a global network of over 385,000 health care professionals. Each year we offer over 830 educational events around the world, supported by nearly 9,000 faculty members and attended by over 58,000 participants. We have around 18,500 surgeon members working in the fields of trauma, spine, craniomaxillofacial, veterinary, and reconstructive surgery.
In its work the AO Research Institute Davos furthers the AO mission. The purpose is to advance orthopedic patient care through innovative research and development.
In June 2025 the AO Research Institute Davos is organizing a Scientific Conference. Therefore, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant Congress Organization.

**In this role**:

- You will assist a full congress organization.
- You will be responsible from the beginning for tasks related to the registration program (Oxford Abstract).
- You will be the main contact for all the questions related to submission and registration to the Scientific Conference.

**Job Requirements**:
**For this role you should have**:

- Optimal Bachelor of Science, or very good skills in administration and organization.
- Custom oriented
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is preferred.
- Polite and detail oriented.
- Accurate, responsible reliable way of working.
- Open minded team player and willing to learn.
