Master / Bachelor / recently completed (1-2 years) PhD

**Main job tasks and KPIs I**:
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, manage (including financial management) and report on diverse internal and external projects, which consist of or include CT imaging service and research-oriented tasks
- Carry out service and research project work in the field of CT imaging, perform CT measurements, evaluations and analysis for internal and external projects
- Maintain the CT lab facility (including data backup) and contribute to development of new evaluations routines and SOP's
- Work confidently with lab animals, human and animal cadaveric materials
- Manage projects independently
- Assist personnel (researchers, collaborators, fellows and students) on a project bases for CT measurements and evaluations
- General Responsibilities
- Schedule CT facilities for projects
- Order necessary equipment and materials for the CT lab
- Maintenance of the microCT lab documentation and database
- Write project specific reports and participates in scientific publications and presentations
- Continuous education and congress participation
- Participate in program, group and project meetings, as well as in ARI general meetings (mandatory)
- Ensure the maintenance of a record of the qualifications, training and experience
- Participate in professional education courses
- Carry out administrative work related to projects
- Evaluate, discuss and present results within the ARI and upon request and approval from the program leader / director present externally
- Write project reports and support publication of the results in peer-reviewed journals of as high an impact factor as possible for the field
- Supervise and motivate interns and fellows
- Know and follow the relevant processes, guidelines and SOP’s, including the valid safety regulations.
- Write / edit update relevant SOP's as requested
- Maintain lab books and all relevant project documentation
- Support laboratory process, project flow process, improvements, etc.
- Represent ARI while attending congresses, with respect to behaviour, politeness, presentation, discussions, networking on behalf of ARI etc.
- General part responsibilities
- Runs at least 1 or 2 own projects with lower complexity in close collaboration with Senior Project Leader / Senior Scientist
- Carries out sub studies
- Preliminary work for Senior Project Leader / Senior Scientist or above
- Budget planning - initial plan for discussion / approval by Senior Project Leader / Senior Scientist / Principal Scientist
Remarks
In addition to the duties specified, the employee should perform other special tasks as required by the supervisor. The employee is supporting the QM-System and adheres to the regulations in the QM System valid for his/her area of responsibility
