Each year we offer over 870 educational events around the world, supported by nearly 8,000 faculty members and attended by over 82,600 participants.

We have around 20,000 surgeon members working in the fields of trauma, spine, craniomaxillofacial, veterinary, and reconstructive surgery.

  • Experience level: Experienced professional
    Specific Requirement I:
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in a similar or comparable position
  • Preferably an executive assistant or / and consultant or project
- or event management background

  • Excellent written and verbal English communications skills, and a good command of German
  • Very strong organizational skills, good attentions to detail, ability to progress multiple projects in parallel
  • High customer orientation, role model in manners, style and behavior
  • Working experience within an international (healthcare/medical/life science) environment
  • Ability to effectively work with tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks independently within allocated resources
  • Motivated and energetic selfstarter with trustworthiness, loyalty and reliability

Specific Requirement II:

Main job tasks and KPIs I:

  • Support the Head of Education Events by fulfilling administrative tasks (e.g. communications, agenda management, meeting planning, team management, analysis, summaries, etc.)
  • Organize management
- and staff team meetings with the worldwide team of Education Events & Relations

  • Coordinate internal and external communications and exchange
  • Act as point of contact person for the Education Events team
  • Run own assigned projects to support the Head of Education Events
