    In this role, you are required to:
  • Photographic documentation of various educational AO courses (operation rooms included) and other AO meetings and events worldwide
  • Studiophotography (eg, employee portraits, products)
  • Onbrand videoproduction for various occasions and channels (storyboards, video, and postproduction)
  • Selection of image and video material
  • Setting tagging standards and keywording in Photomechanic/Lightroom
  • Handling of the image database (archives, user management)
  • Maintenance of historical and current image material
  • Maintenance of the video footage library/archive
  • Consultancy / selection for image and video requests from internal stakeholders
  • Briefing and supervision of external video productions following the AO Brand Guidelines
  • Support in branding questions regarding videography

To master this challenge, you have:

  • Several years of experience in documentary photography and videography, preferably in the medical field
  • A good eye for image composition
  • Passion and creativity to further develop our image and video style
  • Knowledge of photo
- and video production (technical equipment, lights, etc)

  • Excellent knowledge of image
- and video editing software: Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Audition, and Premiere Pro

  • A high level of independence, initiative, and flexibility
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Project management skills
  • Good English communications skills (verbal and written) that enable trusted partnerships to be built with varied stakeholders and in different locations (German is a plus)
