**What you will do**:
As a **Marketing Manager **for Condition Monitoring, you will be responsible for managing the strategic definition of Go to Market as well as the production of marketing content for Condition-Monitoring Prioritized Service Events. Reporting directly to this position are several Marketing Specialists/Consultants.

**Job Duties**:

- Define the Value proposition and Customer experience for Construction Industry customers across each segment. Defines Sales channels activation plan and Sales support material
- Contribute to the NPI process through the definition, validation and deployment of the Go-to-Market of Condition-Monitoring enabled Solutions
- Lead the cooperation and the communication with Construction Industry Services & Sales Execution teams Global Services, Dealer Services Distribution
- Manage the business and linked processes required for delivery of the above services
- Manage and develop an extensive knowledge customers’ operation requirement, dealers organization requirements and channel activation requirements. Also develop expertise in electronic media, branding, advertising, and promotional support and marketing plans
- Evaluate and motivate staff to achieve end results and maintains employee satisfaction in a "creative" environment

**Additional Information**:

- Typical internal customers include various contacts in Construction Industry Services & Sales Execution teams, Global Services, Dealer Services Distribution
- The position is challenged to identify problems quickly and correctly. Impacts key quality goals including Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Timeliness, Efficiency
- Travel required is around 25% of working time
- Domestic relocation is available

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional, job-related experience
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and sales roles

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Construction equipment/heavy machinery marketing and sales experience
- Construction equipment/heavy machinery product support or aftermarket sales experience
- Experience working with dealer operations
- Prior supervisory experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
