In Switzerland, Estée Lauder has the main Supply Chain Hub for Travel Retail and EMEA.
We are recruiting a Process and Lean Manager to strengthen the travel retail supply chain growth globally.

**Job Description**:
The Project TREND is a long-term program enhancing the TR Supply Chain into a state of the art Distribution Network, able to absorb the Travel Retail business volatility and to adapt to changing trends.

The Process and Lean Manager will report to the Trend Senior Operations Excellence Lead and will be responsible to define and optimize processes and layouts for various Distribution Center projects and deploy lean management principles and behaviours.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Develop, integrate and implement state-of-the-art processes and layouts for new distribution centers and retrofit projects
- Create, develop and rollout Lean in Operations
- Analyze data and build models for detailed process and layout development
- Support WMS Blueprinting
- Plan and improve the shop floor management system
- Continuous identification of improvement projects
- Support Industry 4.0 initiatives

**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who brings:

- Proven accomplishments as Process Planning & Implementation Manager
- Very strong expertise and routine in implementing and fostering lean systems
- Demonstrated coaching and teamwork skills (familiar with train the trainer concept)
- Strong conceptual & analytical knowledge with a solution-oriented mindset
- Tenacity and energy in leading change towards an effective work environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to plan and organize in a structured way even under pressure and in a changing environment
- Good Operations know how
- SAP EWM knowledge would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Tools (Excel / PowerPoint / MS Project etc.)
