**We are seeking**
A Junior Legal Counsel for the legal department reporting to the General Counsel at our group headquarters in Lachen. After a thorough introduction into the current processes and projects, the responsibility will involve a broad scope of tasks.
Your main responsibilities and opportunities
- Support the General Counsel, the Chief Compliance Officer and the Corporate Data Protection Officer in all legal, organizational and administrative issues
- Analyze and review contracts with and for the respective departments
- Advise corporate functions and local subsidiaries
- Jointly manage LCM (the contract management system): System admin, user trainings, quality control, keeping the user manual and other documentation up to date, first point of contact for system users
**Your Profile**
- Completed law degree (Bachelor or Master) with preferably previous experience in healthcare compliance, pharmaceutical advertising regulations and with contract management systems
- Strong affinity to information technology, information systems and processes
- A fact-based analytical approach with strong result orientation
- Motivated and responsible with a strong personality and a self-starting attitude
- Strong project management skills and service-orientated
- Native in German and excellent command of English, further language skills are an asset
