ZIEL DER STELLE:

- Erste Anlaufstelle für Key Accounts für Beratung und Ausarbeitung von massgeschneiderten Lösungen von zeitkritischen, komplexen und temperatursensiblen Sendungen (GDP/GMP) sowie deren Bearbeitung und Abwicklung zu Luft und Strasse.

VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN:

- Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden.
- Betreuung des Kundenstamms und Kontaktpflege zu Partnern;
- Entgegennahme von Transportaufträgen im Bereich Export und Import und einpflegen der Daten im TMS;
- Selbständige Abwicklung von Import
- und Exportsendungen per Luftfracht und auf der Strasse sowie Sicherstellen einer termingerechten, EDV-gestützten Sendungsabwicklung;
- Versandplanung unter Gewährleistung optimaler Lieferabläufe und Einhaltung der Standardarbeitsabläufen (SOP) und aller relevanten Vorschriften (z.B. ADR/DGR/IATA, etc.);
- Beschaffen und prüfen der notwendigen Dokumente für Export (Bewilligungen etc.)
- Erstellen der Luftfrachtpapiere
- Erstellen der Ausfuhr oder elektronische Zollabwicklung im Datensystem
- Buchen der Sendungen bei den Airlines;
- Kontrolle und labeln der Sendungen in der Niederlassung und deren Vorbereitung für den Weitertransport;
- Reverse-Management von Mehrwegverpackungen und deren rechtzeitige Positionierung am gewünschten Standort;
- Selbständige Planung der Kühlkette, inkl. Wahl der idealen “Cold-Chain” Verpackung
- Erstellung von Offerten und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Mitarbeit beim Deviation Management (Capa-Reports);
- Koordination mit administrativen Stellen mit dem Schwerpunkt Abrechnung und der Kontrolle des Rechnungseingangs;
- Teilnahme an internen und externen Schulungen sowie Einhalten der Termine im Online-Tool.

ANFORDERUNGEN AN ERFAHRUNG UND AUSBILDUNG:
- Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition
- und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung-
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der internationalen (Luftfracht-)Spedition und/oder im Customer Service einer vergleichbaren Industrie-
- Fliessende Deutsch/Französisch Kenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)-
- Fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse (mind. Level B2)-
- Sichere Anwendung der MS Office Produkte (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)ANFORDERUNGEN AN MINDESTKOMPETENZEN, KENNTNISSE UND FÄHIGKEITEN:
